Multiple Export Formats

GIFs, PNGs, Spritesheets, all with one click. Just check the boxes of what you would like to export from the file and watch the script do all the boring work!

♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

Seperate your exports
by Layers and/or Animations

Each export type has their own settings that you customize. You can export spritesheets in a certain way, GIFs in another, and PNGs in another.

♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

Hide unwanted layers

Want more control? Disable the layers you would like to hide before exporting.

♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

Scale Exports

Scale your export files as needed. Like all settings you can specify scale settings for each export type individually.

♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

Format your File Names to your needs

It's important to be able to adjust your file names upon export to save time. You can edit your directories, structure your file name, what to include, what not to include and how to seperate the data. Use the Format Divider in combination with Slice Names, Layer Names, and Animation Tags. You may even use a "/" to seperate things into seperate folders. It's very powerful.

Note: More installation instructions will be displayed upon purchase.

How to Run the Exporter

You can find the Exporter under File Advanced Export in Aseprite.

Shortcut key: Ctrl + Shift + E

Exports can be found where the original Aseprite file is located. Inside the folders "Spritesheets", "Gifs", "Pngs". You can edit these folder names in the Exporter.

How to create a Slice

Creates slices on your canvas to select exporting areas. You may have as many slices as you'd like. The exporter will export each slice, one by one. It's recommened to have at least once slice for access to more options. You could slice the whole canvas if you'd like.

You can read the official documentation on the Aseprite website:
Aseprite - Docs - Slices

How to create an Animation Tag

If you have animation tags you can "Split Tags" to seperate the exports for each animation.

You can read the official documentation on the Aseprite website:
Aseprite - Docs - Tags

Keywords

Use "keywords" to make your workflow more efficient.

  • [ignore] - use this keyword on layer names to ignore visible layers from exporting
  • [include] - use this keyword on layer names to always include an layer during export. Even when the layer is invisible
